My approach is warm, down to earth and direct. I am committed to helping people enhance their well-being in order to live a more fulfilling and balanced life. I use well-researched approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, mindfulness and lifestyle choices, although I like to tailor my approach to each client's goals and values.
I have had the joy of working with individuals for over 17 years who find themselves struggling with problems related to stress, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues as well as trauma and PTSD. I have seen firsthand the impact of stress, loneliness, worry and depression. My goal is to support an individual in feeling better beginning day one with strategies that can immediately be implemented.
I attended Loma Linda University in Southern California. I completed my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2003.
