You’re here because you’re having difficulty in a relationship; or struggling with depression or anxiety and have decided you’re tired of feeling stressed and want to be better able to cope. Or, perhaps you're here because you're having difficulty acclimating back to the civilian environment. You deserve to live your life to the fullest and not allow new - or longstanding issues to keep you from reaching your full potential. I focus on building a trusting relationship which will allow you to explore the changes you want to make to improve the quality of your life. I have successfully helped many clients reach their full potential by engaging in therapy treating YOU as a person, and not a disorder.
I have successfully helped individuals struggling with numerous issues that affect our emotional well being such as chemical dependency, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, as well as stress and anger related issues. In my career as a licensed therapist I have worked with individuals from varied backgrounds throughout the United States and abroad. In my early career, my primary focus was healthcare professionals with chemical dependency issues. In recent years I have worked most extensively with couples in relationships as well as the military population where the military culture and problems of daily living often collide.
