Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (All States)

About Me

I'm happily married in a "blended" family (that feels like a blender at times) and have experienced the difficulty of divorce and coparenting. I have a set of teen twins, and two adult stepdaughters. My personal passions are my dog Walter (a therapy dog, of course), horses (I have 3) and the enneagram (if you know what it is, I'll talk your ear off). Oh, and I'm a HUGE Seahawks fan!

I love people! Their stories, struggles, way of seeing the world, even when we don't agree. Ten years ago, I had a career change that allows me to work with people directly around transition, communication, and connection. I have an attachment lens - where we come from and how we connect (or don't) matters. I've specialized in relationships and helping people connect with the people they love in ways that feel safe and hopefully better in the short and long term. I'm also certified coach (ACC) and can be practical and direct when it comes to change. We try to figure out where YOUR needs fit into all of that, together.
