I am a DBT certified, trauma informed therapist with extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), crisis intervention, family therapy / family systems approaches, psychodynamic and solution focused modalities. In addition to specializing in women and men diagnosed with C-PTSD, I have over a decade of experience working with clients in recovery.
I am an experienced therapist with over 15 years of clinical practice and served as a professor of psychology and statistics for over a decade. Enhanced by contemporary clinical training and an extensive background in research and writing, my hope is to combine evidence based treatment, compassion and a focus on solutions to your problems!
